How does a flower subscription work?
Choose a rhythm — weekly, every two weeks, or monthly — and our studio hand-ties a fresh seasonal bouquet for each delivery. You’re billed per delivery, and you can manage everything from your account.
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Anytime, with no fees. Going away? Skip a delivery or pause your plan from your account, and cancel whenever you like — no strings, just stems.
What flowers will I receive?
A designer’s-choice arrangement built from the freshest stems that week, so it’s always seasonal and never the same twice. Tell us any no-go flowers and we’ll work around them.
When am I charged?
Before each delivery on your chosen schedule. Your first box ships on the next available delivery date after you sign up.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Yes. Gift plans are prepaid for 4, 8 or 12 deliveries and never auto-renew — the recipient simply receives fresh flowers on schedule, with your note in every box.
